Commercial Building Inspection
At House Report Pro we possess extensive experience and knowledge specific to both residential and commercial property markets. We inspect commercial premises, such as retail shops, industrial warehouses, offices, shopping centres and factories.
Furthermore, we also provide accurate commercial inspection reports for managing agents, landlords or tenants.
We will inspect, and report on:

New Construction Inspection
We will inspect and report on four stages.
Construction must adhere to the National Building Regulations and SANS 10400 where applicable.
- Stage 1- Groundwork, foundations, substructure, floor slabs.
- Stage 2 – Superstructure, up to wall plate height.
- Stage 3 – Roof structure, windows, and border walls.
- Stage 4 – Final Inspection after practical completion.
